We use The K.I.N.G. Methodology

Our process is built on The K.I.N.G. Methodology, developed by our CEO and designer Rubén Ximénez in 2022 after over two decades of experience across a diverse range of projects, particularly in digital realms over the last 15 years.

Why did we adopt this methodology?

Rubén Ximénez crafted this approach not solely from a design and development perspective but from a data-driven standpoint. After years of collecting and analyzing firsthand data, focusing on real end-user feedback, he recognized that many projects fail due to inadequate direction, flawed business models, or poorly executed sales strategies and marketing channels. The K.I.N.G. Methodology encompasses everything from aligning company goals with user needs to envisioning, ideating, and designing, then through to development, and finally circling back to optimizing sales and marketing strategies to either attract users or drive direct sales.
