We begin by learning about your company:
- What do you do?
- Where are you located and where do you operate?
- Most importantly: Where is your company headed in the near future?
This last point helps us align the project with your strategic goals, so we're not just building software, we're building toward your vision.
Once we understand your business, we dive into the project itself:
We'll ask targeted questions to understand the full context of the project, who it's for, what its purpose is, where and how it will be used, who the main users and administrators will be, and what outcomes you're aiming for.
2. Fit Evaluation & Process Overview
Based on everything we learn in that session, we evaluate whether the project is the right fit for OrangeStudio®.
a) If it is, we'll walk you through our process: the K.I.N.G. Methodology a proven four-phase approach designed to create intelligent, user-validated, business-aligned digital products.
b) If you agree with our process, then we're ready to move forward, we'd begin with Phase I: Knowledge - our Discovery Phase.
3. From Agreement to Action
We'll outline a tentative project calendar, define key milestones, deliverables, and follow-up sessions.
We'll also review our working model, communication rhythm, and payment structure to ensure everything is crystal clear before we begin.
