MediaAdmin® (MA) is a 100% Mexican platform with 27 years of experience, powering 200+ radio and TV stations with 85% national coverage and projects across LATAM. It manages ad schedules, transmission logs, certification, audio proofs, cross-check algorithms, and billing.
Previous Situation
C-level leaders were not direct users of the platform, so they relied on ad-hoc PDF, Excel, or printed summaries from managers, slowing decisions and creating inconsistent reporting.
MediaAdmin® turns every broadcast data point into a strategic asset — transforming raw transmission data into executive-ready insights.
The Challenge
Unify multiple tools into a cloud-ready suite while giving executives real-time visibility across clients, regions, and business units on mobile.
Our Approach
We applied OrangeStudio's K.I.N.G. methodology, starting with Phase I. Knowledge interviewing (CEO/CFO/CCO) to map key KPIs, then building user journeys and defining an MDP scope that centered on decision-critical insights.
Research & Discovery
Field interviews revealed that executives needed to compare periods fast, filter by client or region, and see top performers instantly. We prioritized date pickers, client selectors, and sales history views.

Prototype & Testing
We built the MediaAdmin® mobile prototype and ran usability tests with key users. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with only minor adjustments before moving into development.
The Solution
The MediaAdmin® executive app delivers real-time performance dashboards, top-ten rankings, multi-currency views, bilingual UI, and secure Face ID access. Executives now review metrics in seconds instead of waiting on reports.
