Hi, I'm Gina.
Pick a question and I’ll answer it.
Want to talk it through? We start with a free 20-minute conversation.
Book a 20-min conversationWhat happens in the 20-min call?
In the free 20-minute first conversation, in person or by video call, we listen to understand your business problem and priorities.
You tell us what's going on, and we'll tell you honestly whether, and how, we can help.
We then recommend the next step based on what your business needs.
How does a project start?
A project starts with a free 20-minute conversation, in person or by video call. Then we follow three steps: we listen to your goals and priorities, validate with your team and users in a Discovery phase, and define the solution.
How much does it cost?
The first 20-minute conversation is free; the project cost depends on its scope. Discovery is a paid phase with its own scope and deliverables.
What do I get from a Discovery phase?
A clear picture of how your business really runs, where value is lost, and what's causing it. It ends in priorities your team can act on: what to fix first, what can wait, and the right solution for each problem.
Who does OrangeStudio work with?
OrangeStudio works with owners and executives at companies in Mexico, the United States, and Europe facing complex business, product, or growth problems. This includes CEOs and leaders in sales, marketing, product, and operations.
Do you work with companies in the U.S.?
Yes. OrangeStudio works with companies in the United States, as well as Mexico and Europe, in person or by video call from our base at WeWork Mitikah in Mexico City. Our clients include pharmaceutical, telecom, airline, software, and global franchise companies.
Do you build custom software?
OrangeStudio defines and designs the right product before anyone builds it; your team or a third party develops it. We stay close through implementation with product support and design QA.
Do you implement CRM or automation?
Yes, when the problem requires it: we configure, connect, or structure the tools you already use, such as CRM, forms, analytics, alerts, reports, and workflows (for example Make, Zapier, or n8n). We're not a CRM provider; these are modules inside a larger project.
How do you use AI?
As a tool, when it improves diagnosis, analysis, or operations. We don't sell AI as an end in itself.
What does OrangeStudio do?
OrangeStudio works across three service lines: Discovery & Business Architecture, Digital Product Strategy & Experience, and Growth Strategy. We identify what to fix first, define and design digital products, and develop positioning and demand based on evidence. Data & Decision Intelligence and Continuous Optimization support all three lines.
What is OrangeStudio?
OrangeStudio is a senior business strategy and digital product firm based at WeWork Mitikah in Mexico City. We research operations, data, users, and markets to help owners and executives identify the real business problem and define the right solution.
Gina answers from the questions above and runs in your browser. Nothing you pick is sent anywhere.
